The same study also showed that more than 80% of those who seek information do so in relation to the main challenges of the commercial areas. 22.1% are looking for solutions to store information about current customers, while 20.4% are looking to improve collaboration between company teams.

The market for CRM software is constantly growing; however, business consultancies are needed to give more confidence to companies, especially small and medium-sized ones.
