Few are the fronts of the houses and buildings illuminated with the tonalities that distinguish the ninth month of the year. The profiles of our heroes do not appear on the balconies to remind us of their historic exploits. There seem to be fewer vendors who circulate through the streets with their carts brimming with the characteristic September crafts or who, when parking, turn the cruisers into small tricolor gardens. Yes, this September some things have changed or are missing, but at least the fervor and the rain persist.
