The former president made a phone call to indonesiawhere the president participates in the 17th Summit of G20 Leaders, in Bali, and they spoke about his clinical picture, official sources informed Télam.

President Fernández suffered this Tuesday an erosive gastritis with signs of bleeding, after an episode of hypotension and dizziness prior to the start of the G20 Summit.

The president was transferred to the Sanglah General Hospital in Bali, accompanied by the Indonesian Minister of Health, Budi Gunadi Sadikin; the Argentine doctor Manuel Estigarribia, from the Presidential Medical Unit; and the General Secretaries of the Presidency, Julio Vitobello; and Press and Communication, Gabriela Cerruti.

In that care center they performed blood tests and an endoscopywhich determined the table of gastritisspokespersons for the Presidency indicated.

Once recovered, Fernández resumed his activity in Bali, with a bilateral meeting he held with his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping.
