Criminal dies when confronting the PNB

A man accused of beheading his sister was arrested

In the state of Táchira, a criminal who went by the name of Yorman Alexander Paternina Castellanos (27), lost his life when he resisted capture and confronted members of the Bolivarian National Police (PNB).

The event occurred when police officers were carrying out field investigations in the town of Santa Ana, Sucre sector, 16th Street, Córdoba parish and municipality of the Andean entity.

The criminal was being investigated in five files for robbery and theft in the Marketplace modality. This operation was carried out together with a partner who is currently on the run, who was in charge of offering vehicles at a price lower than that established in the national market to catch his victims who came from other parts of the country.

Paternina also had two police records for generic theft and illicit possession of narcotic and psychotropic substances.
