The so -called “criminal person”, the so -called “common criminal”, is appreciated for personal relationships, hobbies, tastes, customs and recurrence in their psychological behavior; An individual thus defined is unmistakable, publicly and notoriously, by manifest antisocial behavior.
In contrast to political crimes, whose mobile is or should be altruistic, understand human or social improvement, and that generally concerns people of impeccable conduct, or, of the crimes called “white collar”, committed by embezzlement and related subjects with appearances of honest people; On the contrary, the common criminal potential is in sight in any civilized nation because it is precisely the extroverted antisocial behavior of a person, or their very special introversion, which betrays its presumable crime and therefore necessary police observation, which in Cuba, seems to be null or reserved by the political police for the so -called “counterrevolution”, while murderers, thieves, thieves, thieves, traffickers of drugs and violators of public order They walk “loose and without vaccinating.”

And that poverty is not said to produce series crime or that today’s criminals are the cause of the crisis risibly called “special period”, because Cuba suffered periods of extreme poverty and, even so, as my father said: “We were very poor, but very honest.”
Universally and not only in Cuba, a person with antisocial conduct is conceptualized to that which regularly disrespects the rules of human, socially and legally admitted by customary law, of course, but also of mandatory compliance with being encoded in civil and criminal laws. These broken facts not only of the law but also of morality in itself, are observed for acts of violence, provocative, violations of the right of other people and in summary harmful of the rules of coexistence because they disturb citizen tranquility and typify crimes against public order. All these facts occur in public sight, not quiet but scandalously before the inaction of the police and legal-administrative jurisdictions, which are missing their duties not only by trade, but also before citizen complaints.
