In a quarterly presentation to investors, the company also projected that growth of 1.6% would have been registered in the fourth quarter due to the effect of less dynamism in private consumption and lower private investment, which offset the dynamism that was then observed. observed in the mining sector.
The financial group, which is made up of sector entities such as BCP, BCP Bolivia, Mibanco, Mibanco Colombia, Grupo Pacífico, Prima AFP and Credicorp Capital, to name a few, also released its results for the fourth quarter of 2022.
“During 2022, Yape included 1.1 million people in the financial system. At BCP, 67% of customers and 66% of monetary transactions are digital. At Mibanco, 45% of the loans are disbursed through alternative channels, ”he reported.
Its CEO, Gianfranco Ferrari, commented that the group has managed to absorb the effects of the pandemic and that the company’s annual results are positive.
