The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, announced progress in the consolidation of Popular Power with the creation of more than 47 thousand Comprehensive Bolivarian Communities Commands (Ccbi), instances of coordination and operation of the grassroots committees that, in his opinion, guarantee the full functioning of the country.
“What is a community command? It is the instance of command, organization and operation of the network of Comprehensive Base Bolivarian Committees; it is the correct concept, and we already formed more than 245 thousand two weeks ago,” he explained.
In addition, he urged the people to hold their community assemblies to formalize these structures. “More than 47 thousand communities will already have, starting this weekend, their Comprehensive Base Bolivarian Assembly community command. So this community instance completes the base structure to guarantee the full functioning of the country in 245 thousand streets with the base committees and in more than 47 thousand communities with these blessed community commands.”
He highlighted the strength and commitment of citizens in these times. “May the people continue to bless our beautiful, radiant homeland, and we continue on a permanent offensive,” stated the head of state.
Assemblies. Yesterday, the Venezuelan people closed a day of popular organization with the last day of assemblies for the formation of the Comprehensive Bolivarian Communities Commands, a structure that strengthens the presence of the PSUV in every corner of the country.
In Apure, the members of the Bolivarian Command of Airport 2, in the El Morral de Chávez Commune, reaffirmed their loyalty to the legacy of Commander Chávez.
In Lara, the community highlighted that “with the Commandos the people are organized for comprehensive defense, for social, economic and electoral matters.”
In Bolívar, the community of Belén, in El Callao, celebrated its assembly with joy and unity, sharing a community sancocho among the militants
