After the crash of a private plane in the west of São Paulo last Friday (7) and an emergency landing at Sorocaba airport, in the interior of São Paulo, registered on the morning of Monday (10), the Regional Council of São Paulo State Engineering and Agronomy (Crea-SP) announced the beginning of a task force to oversee companies responsible for maintaining aircraft, providing air taxi services, manufacturing parts and aeronautical components.
There are a forecast of 570 inspection actions, “of an orientative and preventive character”, according to the board.
“The operation should contribute to the strengthening of the safety of the sector, as it aims to verify the regularity of companies that provide aircraft maintenance services, with technical staff analysis, service providers and professionals involved,” says the statement issued by the board.
The task force, in more than 80 municipalities, should occur in the next two weeks.

Last Friday (7), Two people died In the crash of a small plane on Marquês de São Vicente Avenue, in the Barra Funda region, in São Paulo. The accident occurred around 7:20 am. The aircraft fell on a bus.
THE Owner of the plane, the lawyer from Rio Grande do Sul Márcio Carpenaand pilot Gustavo Medeiros died in the accident.
The plane, a small twin -engine – King Air – PS -FEM prefix, took off from Campo de Mars Airport. The control tower lost contact with the aircraft at 7:16 am minutes after takeoff.
The King Air F90 is manufactured by Beechcraft in the United States. It has capacity for eight people, seven passengers and the pilot.
The fall of the aircraft is under investigation.
