CPNB ratifica compromiso con la defensa y la protección del pueblo venezolano

The general commander of the Bolivarian National Police Corps (CPNB), G/B Rubén Santiago, ratified the firm institutional commitment to the defense of national sovereignty and the protection of the Venezuelan people.

«The commander in chief (president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro) has been a promoter. The property of the State belongs to the State, sovereignty is not negotiated, it is defended, the border is not given away, the border is protected,” said Santiago.

He stressed that from the office he directs, the Bolivarian National Police will go out daily to “protect, defend and serve the people of Venezuela and the Bolivarian Revolution, because this is a Government that protects.”

He announced that a continuous training program is being maintained for officials, with the aim of effectively confronting modern crimes. “Our Bolivarian National Police is in constant training so that its officials are more efficient and committed every day,” he expressed.

In this sense, he highlighted the implementation of a specialized workshop on digital crimes that affect children, given by the National Office for Attention to Victims of Violence (Onaivv), as part of the strengthening of the technical and human capacities of the police force.
