Covid in Colombia: 760 new infections and 34 deaths

This Tuesday, March 8, the Ministry of Health reported 760 new covid-19 infections and 34 deaths. With these figures, the country reaches 6,073,416 cases and 139,154 deaths.

Likewise, the health portfolio reported that, on the second day of the week, 26,129 tests were processed: 9,270 PCR and 16,859 antigens, for a total of 33,400,734 tests carried out in the national territory.

(Also read: Seguros Sura will serve 140,000 SMEs in 2022).

In Colombia, a total of 5,903,279 people have recovered, while 8,848 cases remain active.
