Covid: Bolivia has a positivity rate of 1.3%

The Epidemiological Report 766 of this day on Wednesday, April 20, gives an account of 86 new Covid-19 infections, 566 recovered and one deceased. Today 6,172 tests were carried out, so the positivity rate is 1.3%.

The report issued by the National Directorate of Epidemiology of the Ministry of Health and Sports, establishes that the national accumulated number of patients who were infected is 904,212that of recovered amounts to 854,077 and that of deceased is 21,906.

The new infections this day are: Santa Cruz 43, Cochabamba 21, La Paz 11, Chuquisaca 4, Tarija 0, Potosí 3, Oruro 3, Beni 1 and Pando 0.

Vaccination

The Ministry of Health and Sports in its daily report informs that Until today, 13,425,677 doses were applied between the first, second, third, single dose, and booster dose (fourth) to the different age groups.

6,151,139 received the first dose of the coronavirus vaccine, likewise, 4,888,737 of the second were applied; 998,652 for a single dose, 1,316,015 for the third and 71,134 for the fourth dose.
