COVID-19: Mexico registers the lowest number of cases so far in June

Until today, the total sum of cases and casualties is 5 million 825,532 and 325,205, respectively.

The SSa detailed that the distribution by sex in confirmed cases shows a predominance of 52.2% in women, while deaths are more common among men, who represent 62% of them.

The 10 entities with the most accumulated confirmed cases in the republic are: Mexico City, State of Mexico, Nuevo León, Guanajuato, Jalisco, Tabasco, San Luis Potosí, Veracruz, Puebla and Sonora, which together make up 65% of all accumulated cases registered in the country.

In the last five weeks, most of the cases are present in the groups of 18 to 29 years, followed by the group of 30 to 39 years and 40 to 49 years.

As of today’s information cutoff, there are 36,029 active cases registered, that is, they presented symptoms in the last 14 days.
