COVID-19: Mexico adds 6,352 cases and 203 deaths in the last 24 hours

Both the number of cases and the number of deaths this Saturday represent a decrease of 0.11% and 0.06%, respectively, in relation to what was registered on Friday.

The active cases until that Saturday are estimated at 23,038, which represents 0.4% of the total number of infections. On the other hand, since the start of the pandemic, 4,894,102 people have recovered.

With these data, Mexico is the sixteenth country in the world in number of confirmed infections and is the fifth with the most deaths from this cause, behind the United States, Brazil, India and Russia, according to the Johns Hopkins University count.
