Covid-19 in Colombia: Less than 300 infections and 10 deaths from coronavirus

The cases of coronavirus in Colombia fell this Saturday, April 9, which confirms that the country has entered a stage of few deaths and infections.

According to the report from the Ministry of Health, this Saturday there were 292 infections, a drop compared to the 320 cases on Friday.

As to deaths, the figures remained the same, when reporting 10 deaths, the same as in the previous report.

These figures are given after processing 13,595 tests, of which 6,386 were PCR and 7,209 antigen.

With this new balance, the Total number of infections throughout the pandemic in Colombia reaches 6,087,737 and of deaths to 139,713.

Likewise, the authorities reported that the active cases are located at 3,650, while the number of recovered is already 5,920,900.

About Bogotá, 139 infections were registered, a slight increase compared to the 135 cases in the report on Friday.
