The Ministry of Health released, this Sunday (24), new numbers on covid-19 in the country. According to a daily survey carried out by the ministry, Brazil has, in the accumulated since the beginning of the pandemic, 30.3 million confirmed cases of the disease and 662,600 registered deaths. Recovered cases total 29.3 million (96.8% of cases).
In 24 hours, the ministry recorded over 3,800 new cases and 36 deaths from the disease.

The state of São Paulo has, so far, the highest number of accumulated cases since the beginning of the pandemic, with 5.3 million, and also of deaths: 168 thousand. Then appear Minas Gerais, with 3.3 million cases and 61,200 deaths; Paraná. with 2.4 million cases and 43 thousand deaths) and Rio Grande do Sul, with 2.3 million cases and 39.2 thousand deaths.
