Covid-19: Brazil has 21.8 million cases and more than 608,000 deaths

The balance also showed 197,177 patients in follow-up and 21,015,876 recovered from the disease.

Condolences

Through the social network Twitter, the Minister of Health, Marcelo Queiroga, took advantage of the Day of the Dead holiday to express condolences to the victims of the disease. He also thanked the health professionals who died working on the front lines.

Covid-19 in the states

The states with the most deaths are as follows: São Paulo (152,081), Rio of January (68,383), Minas Gerais (55,592), Paraná (40,523) and Rio Grande do Sul (35,512).

The Federation units with fewer deaths are Acre (1,845), Amapá (1993), Roraima (2030), Tocantins (3,881) and Sergipe (6,031).
