Covid-19: Bolivia reports 62 new infections and 747 recovered patients

The Ministry of Health and Sports issued the Covid-19 report corresponding to Saturday, April 9, in which it is reported 62 new infectionsY 747 patients who managed to recover and they were discharged.

The new infections this Saturday are: Holy Cross 23Cochabamba three, La Paz 23, Chuquisaca one, Tarija two, Potosí two, Oruro three and Beni three.

During this day no deaths were recorded Due to coronavirus, the fatality rate so far remains at 0.6%.

The report issued by the National Directorate of Epidemiology establishes that the national accumulation of patients recovered until this day amounts to 848,265.

The registry of patients recovered today by department is as follows: 326 in La Paz, 246 in Potosí, 81 in Santa Cruz, 74 in Chuquisaca, 19 in Cochabamba and one in Oruro.

Until today 13,194,780 doses of vaccines were applied between the first, second, third, single dose, to the different age groups of the Sputnik V, AstraZeneca, Sinopharm, Pfizer and Janssen vaccines throughout the national territory.

Of which 6,109,489 health workers, teachers, the elderly, people over 18 years of age and pregnant women received the first dose of the vaccine. Also 994,961 applied the single dose and 1,254,032 the third dose.
