The Ministry of Health (Minsal) reported this day a new balance on the situation of Covid-19 in our country. In this regard, they specified that during the last 24 hours, 3,130 new cases have been registered, of which 239 do not present symptoms and 2,891 are symptomatic.
Regarding diagnostic capacity, 17,325 tests were taken during the last 24 hours (PCR and antigens). To date, a total of 47,899,274 exams have been carried out.
Regarding positivity, the Minsal reported that it reaches 13.95% nationwide, while in the Metropolitan region it is 14.44%, during the last 24 hours.
Other figures
According to DEIS figures, during the last 24 hours, 29 people have died in Chile from causes related to Covid-19. To date, there are a total of 63,466 deaths since the pandemic arrived in our country.
They also reported that to date there are 9,011 active cases. To date, 5,081,703 people have been diagnosed with Covid-19 in our country.
