How do you plan the process for choosing ministers?
In 2025, the 11 justices of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation (SCJN) will be dismissed to elect the new members, who will be nine, that is, two less than the current number, and will remain in office for 12 years and not 15 as it is now.
Circuit magistrates and district judges will be replaced gradually and in stages, and the change will begin with half of the positions corresponding to each judicial circuit in the extraordinary election of 2025; the remaining part will be in 2027.
The elections will be conducted by the National Electoral Institute (INE); candidates may participate in forums organized by this organization, but they must not use public or private financing in their campaigns, nor hire radio or television spaces to promote themselves, and political parties must not carry out acts of proselytism for or against any candidate.
