Court will be constituted as a sanatorium to verify the state of health of Gerardo Stadecker

Last Tuesday the oral trial was suspended abruptly due to a decompensation of Gerardo Stadecker and the president of the Court, judge Manuel Aguirre, resolved a fourth intermission until Friday, November 18 at 9:00.

Stadecker was referred to the Barrio Obrero Hospitalwhere he received first aid and then his transfer to the San Roque sanatorium, where he is currently located.

Stadecker’s defense points out that the patient has a serious picture of diabetes and for that reason it will not be possible to appear at the trial that has to be resumed tomorrow. To record this situation is that the members of the Sentencing Court will be constituted in the aforementioned sanatorium to ascertain the state of health of the man.

Gerardo Stadecker is accused of having killed his wife Sabryna Breuer on December 17, 2017. in the house where they both lived in the Mburucuyá neighborhood of Asunción.

Initially Stadecker told police his wife died of a drug overdose.. Nevertheless the report of the forensic doctor Pablo Lemir, showed that the woman received a brutal beating and died of suffocation.
