Santo Domingo.- The lawyers of the Eternal Life Baptist Temple of the Lord Jesus Christ, a place where he frequented Adam CaceresThey asked Judge Yanibet Rivas to return the place where they meet to worship God.
The lawyers asked Rivas to also unfreeze the bank accounts of that religious institution.
According to the lawyers, the request is based on the fact that the organization’s property rights and free worship are being violated.
However, the Court based the rejection of the request of the lawyers of the interested party, precisely because the premises are linked to a network of corruption made up of a group of legal entities.
The accusatory file directly links Army Major General Adán Cáceres Silvestre, the main accused of the administrative corruption network dismantled with Operation Coral.

To make the request, the church is based on the fact that a series of rights are being violated, such as property, free worship, and defense.
The premises located on Jonas Salk Street, number 64, in the university area of the National District, and that this was acquired on March 21, 2017.
Prosecutor Jonathan Elías Pérez represented the Public Ministry at the hearing where Judge Yanibet Rivas, after accepting the request made by the prosecution body, rejected Cáceres Silvestre’s request for the return of the premises.
