The suspect of killing a Palmeiras fan had his arrest in flagrante today (13) converted into preventive detention by the Justice of São Paulo.
The suspect is being charged with first-degree murder after shooting a 40-year-old Palmeiras fan yesterday during a riot between fans and police around the Allianz Parque stadium, in São Paulo. The fan was rescued, but could not resist.
The confusion occurred after the defeat of Palmeiras by 2 to 1 to Chelsea, by the Club World Cup.
