The plenary session of the Court of Appeals of Santiago defined the short list for the position of conservator of the registry of mortgages and encumbrances of the capital. The proposals -which arise after the death of the ex-holder of the post, John Edmund Rojaswho died in August 2021- will go to the Ministry of Justice.
According to Radio Bio Biothe shortlist is made up of the real estate conservator and head judicial archivist of Talca, Camila Jorquiera Monardez (21 votes); the notary and titular mining conservator of Concepción, Carlos Miranda Jiménez (15 votes) and the real estate conservator and titular judicial archivist of Copiapó, Tomás Jarpa Concha (17 votes).
According to the rules of the contest, if any applicant or association of officials of the Judiciary “deems that the shortlist does not comply with the established formalities or violates the rights established in the Organic Code of Courts, they may submit a claim within three calendar days. before the body that formed it”, collects the aforementioned medium.

Another case is that of the real estate conservator and titular judicial archivist of Puente Alto, Sergio Yaber Lozanowho was left with a final score of 86.70.
