The Court of Appeals of Concepción reversed this Saturday the decision of the Guarantee Court of Los Angeles and decreed that Ernesto Llaitul -son of the leader of the Coordinadora Arauco Malleco (CAM), Hector Llaitul– and two other people remain with the precautionary measure of preventive detention.
The Guarantee Court modified the preventive detention on Thursday and issued the precautionary order of total house arrest for Llaitul and partial house arrest for Esteban Henriquez Y Ricardo Delgado, charged with the crimes of consummated arson, attempted arson and frustrated homicide. However, the Second Chamber of the appeal court restored preventive detention this Saturday.
