The Electoral Court ordered various municipalities of the Central Department to proceed with the removal of the electoral propaganda that remains on the public highway after the internal party internships in December.
The Central Electoral Courtin charge of Judge Modesto Nunezthis Tuesday sent notices to various municipalities of the eleventh department.
Through these requirements, the communes corresponding to the Central area are required to be able to Proceed with the removal of electoral propaganda that remains on public roads after internal on December 18.

The municipalities to which this formal request was sent are those of Ypané, Areguá, Capiatá, Fernando de la Mora, Guarambaré, Itá, Itauguá, J. Augusto Saldívar, Lambaré, Limpio, Luque, Mariano Roque Alonso, Nueva Italia, Ñemby, San Antonio, San Lorenzo, Villa Elisa, Villeta and Ypacaraí.
The request was made to comply with the Electoral Codewhere it is established that electoral propaganda will have a duration of 60 days in general and municipal elections and of 30 days in party inmates.

The articles 294 and 295 of said regulations establish that The municipalities will be in charge of regulating the execution of electoral propaganda on public roads.as well as set the provisions required for its subsequent withdrawal.
The Electoral Court of Central set a period of 5 business days to comply to this summons.
