Meetings were held in three restaurants in Maracaibo to plan Operation No to Christmas, partially dismantled by security agencies, as announced by the Minister of the Interior, Justice and Peace, Diosdado Cabello.
From other sources we learned that the aforementioned establishments are: El Girasol, Los Claros and Los Soles.
The owner of these restaurants is José Enrique Rincón, one of the ringleaders of the aforementioned operation aimed at preventing the inauguration of President Nicolás Maduro on January 10, Cabello said in a press conference held this Saturday from the Ministry of the Interior. .
Rincón is the owner of the Lamar Group, a conglomerate of approximately 90 companies that produce foods derived from seafood, among others. This businessman was involved in the aforementioned conspiracy plan along with his sons Juan Diego and José Enrique Rincón Sabatino. The three fled to Spain.
In addition, there are lawyers, journalists, judges, prosecutors, soldiers, police and criminal gangs, according to Cabello.
Among those investigated is a cousin of the aforementioned businessman identified as Edwin José Rincón Rodríguez, president of the Confremarca Group, “larvae breeding laboratories located in Falcón”, specifically in Tocópero.
Precisely in the aforementioned town, a military deployment is carried out, due to the presence of criminal groups that have been recruited for violent actions for political purposes. Police and military officials specifically execute Fragmentary Order 04-24 Sabanas Altas, consisting of patrolling, scrutinizing, exploring and reviewing farms or plots in El Caballo (Tocópero municipality) and San Pablo (Píritu municipality) of the Falcón state.
Another partner of businessman José Enrique Rincón is also being investigated. This is Rebeca Rangel de Parra, president of Industrias Procesadoras del Mar (Impromar).
In the hampogram that Minister Cabello partially exhibited on Saturday, the names of lawyers Fernando León and César Calzadilla could be seen, both allegedly linked to Zulia’s top prosecutor, José Gregorio Rondón Muñoz, captured last week. The links also extend to the former governor of Zulia Pablo Pérez (Primero Justicia).
The investigations of the intelligence agencies cover three other entities where the Zulia scheme is replicated; that is, justice system operators recruited to benefit certain negative prison leaders.
These prans would promote violent actions together with cells in El Guri and oil establishments.
Where is Jordan Goudreau?
The scheme used in this new conspiracy plan unveiled by Minister Diosdado Cabello last Saturday is the same one used in Operation Gedeón, which pursued the assault on the Miraflores Palace to kidnap President Nicolás Maduro and hand him over to the United States. When making this statement, Cabello recalled that Jordan Goudreau, the former Green Beret owner of the American company Silver Corp, was recently released, in charge of providing mercenaries and weapons to execute the aforementioned plan that was frustrated on May 3, 2020, with the capture of civilians and soldiers, both Venezuelans and foreigners, who tried to enter the country through the coasts of Macuto (La Guaira) and Chuao (Aragua). “Where is Goudreau?; They released him and no one knows where he is,” Cabello said. They presume that the subject is advising the new conspiracy against the Maduro Government.
