Counterfeit items valued at more than $320,000 seized

Through Operation Metro, the National Police managed to seize more than 3,000 allegedly counterfeit car accessories.

This operation was carried out in conjunction with the Public Ministry in the province of Panama and the district of San Miguelito.

As reported by the Police, these articles violate Trademark Rights, are allegedly Forgery and are valued at more than B/.321,895.00.

According to the first investigations, the items were sold to the public as original products.
