Mario Vargas, a specialist in Horizontal Property, spoke with Radio Panama about the sentence handed down in the case of the explosion that occurred at the PH Costa Mare in May 2019 and that the verdict was handed down this week.

“To us honestly and being very respectful of the facts because they were unfortunate events, the loss of life of a minor and the bodily injuries of two members of that family, which surely has a burden, which we feel The concern is that only the administrators have been held responsible for what happened in the PH Costa Mare, because here obviously there was a manipulation of the internal system in the apartment, but what interference does an administrator have in what happens inside an apartment, and it seems to me and I want to be respectful of the process, I don’t know if the administration is guilty or not, what I can be sure is that it is not solely responsible for what happened, because we do not believe that the administrator can be responsible for what you do within his real estate unit, inside his apartment,” explained Vargas.
