Cosse management evaluation: improvement in garbage collection but falls in works, streets and traffic

Mayor Carolina Cosse often talks about how “Montevideo is clean like never before”and it was the first topic to which he dedicated a few words in the commune’s institutional video for his first two years in office: “Montevideo needed a new, comprehensive, and deep environmental cleaning strategy. In 2021 we prepared it (…) By 2022 we would already have the new IDB loan approved, deploying it, but this was blocked at the Board. We responded with a Plan V and that is already giving results.”.
