Cortizo appoints Roger Tejada as Minister in charge of Labor and Labor Development

President Laurentino Cortizo appointed Roger Tejada as Minister in charge of Labor and Labor Development, after the head of Mitradel, Doris Zapata, took a vacation from this Tuesday until May 17.

Tejada currently serves as deputy minister of that portfolio.

During the last days there are already several ministers and directors of public entities of this government administration who have gone on vacation.

Meanwhile, through Decree No. 30 of April 25, 2022, Cortizo also appointed the current Deputy Minister of Territorial Planning, José Batista, as Minister of Housing and Territorial Planning (Miviot) in charge, due to the absence of the current holder of the portfolio. , Roger Walls.

The temporary substitution period corresponds to the period from April 26 to May 16, 2022.

Likewise, he appointed the current General Secretary of the Miviot, Marta Amado, as Deputy Minister of Territorial Planning in charge, in the absence of Batista.

The Miviot reported that Jovana Carrizo, current legal adviser to the Superior Office of Minister Paredes, was assigned as secretary general of the entity.

Rogelio Paredes ran for the second vice presidency of the PRD.
