Corripio Group organized the second edition of its Operational Excellence Forum as part of its commitment to growth and continuous improvement in the industrial sector. This initiative is a key component of the Organizational Transformation Program promoted by the business group.
The day brought together companies from the industrial sector to share their good practices and projects focused on achieving excellence in a collaborative space where participating companies presented their strategies and results in four fundamental pillars: Operational Efficiency, Productivity, Sustainability and Digital Transformation.
This year, Grupo Corripio companies that presented their achievements included Lanco, Pisos y Techados Torginol, Wires and Cables, Productos del Trópico/Dominican Caribbean, Grupo CORVI and Distribuidora Corripio – Coasis Plant.
“This initiative aims to promote integration and socialization, generating an environment that not only facilitates learning and joint growth, but also stimulates collaboration and the exchange of experiences among participants,” said Isis Abreu, vice president of Effectiveness and Organizational Transformation of Grupo Corripio.
He highlighted the importance of this initiative being consolidated as a recurring space for the exchange of knowledge and good practices, thus promoting the growth and competitiveness of participating companies.
The Forum included the participation of special guests and strategic allies, who shared their vision and knowledge regarding operational excellence. The presence of IESE, PepsiCo, IQTEK and ETECH enriched the exchanges of ideas, providing valuable perspectives for the development and implementation of successful projects.

Participants had the opportunity to share experiences, challenges and solutions, which fostered collaboration between companies.
The activity had the platinum sponsorship of the companies Lanco and Pisos & Techados Torginol, and in the silver category they sponsored Wires and Cables, Cereales en General and CORVI.
