The National Electric Corporation (Corpoelec), attended the Ecosocialist Commune “El Comandante”located in the El Valle parish, where LED light bulbs were delivered and its residents were trained on the responsible use of energy.
This was announced by the G / D Abraham Chirinos Farfangeneral manager of Alternate Sources and Rational Use of Electric Energy, from Plaza El Valle, in compliance with the commitments made by the Bolivarian Government during the Congress of Public Services, Caracas chapter and the 1 x 10 of Good Government.
The official pointed out that in this community three central activities were developed that include training, substitution and technological supervision, disclosed a press release from the Ministry of Popular Power for Electric Energy.
“We trained 142 residents who will be multipliers in their communities on the responsible use of electricity and we delivered 8,437 light bulbs, benefiting 2,432 apartments,” added Farfán, who added that 18 public institutions, schools, churches and the parish house.
For its part, Maria Navasfacilitator of the Infocenter of the El Valle parish, stated that as part of the technological supervision “workshops were held on the recovery of light bulbs, adaptation of lamps through the organization of our Technical Energy Tables.”
Likewise, Thais Tovara resident of the Ecosocialist Commune, asserted that the delivery of light bulbs was carried out “door by door, house by house, which helps the family economy.”
The Ecosocialist Commune “El Comandante” is made up of 11 Communal Councils and was approached by the Ministries and entities attached to the Sectorial Vice Presidency of Public Works, for the accompaniment in the map of solutions of public services.
