Cuba identified three infections due to the SARS-CoV-2 virus on Monday, a day in which the notified discharges closed at 12 according to the information offered today by the Ministry of Public Health (MINSAP).
The laboratories processed 1,155 samples and the three positives correspond to contacts of confirmed cases, all under 20 years of age.
Only Holguín (two) and Matanzas (one) reported cases this time, according to information provided by the MINSAP.

In total, 125 people were hospitalized for COVID-19 at midnight.
In 60 of these patients they were suspected of having acquired the disease, while 65 were confirmed active.
The Minsap reported two serious bedridden, while the fatalities of COVID-19 remain at 8,530, for which the lethality is 0.77% in Cuba.
