Until midnight on Tuesday, October 11, four new cases of COVID-19 in the country, thanks to the 1175 samples analyzed by the laboratories attached to the Ministry of Public Health (MINSAP).
The most recent part The health agency points out that during the day there were no deaths related to the disease in Cuba, so the figure of 8,530 deaths since the start of the pandemic is maintained, as well as the mortality rate of 0.77%.

36 people are admitted, of which 23 are suspected of having been infected with the new coronavirus, while the confirmed active ones were established in 13. There were no patients in intensive care units for this disease.
Of the new patients, three are men and one woman; and, of the total, one was a contact of a confirmed case. and three had their source of infection abroad.
Regarding their ages, they are distributed in the following segments: under 20 years old (1); from 20 to 39 years (1); from 40 to 59 years old (1) and older than 60 (1).
Two of the cases reported on the day were detected in Havana, and the rest have their residence in Camagüey and Holguín.
The Minsap also confirmed that the figure of two evacuees at the beginning of the pandemic and 57 returned to their countries is maintained, while the medical discharges granted on the day amounted to six.
