The deputy of the Molirena party, Corina Cano, who participated in the toast last Friday, after the establishment of the new directive of the National Assembly, revealed this Tuesday that “she accepts and analyzes the criticism with humility.”

He added: “There is no doubt that these are situations that depend on the perspective from which they are taken, I excuse myself and at the same time point out that it was a lunch-toast between us, privately and we did it as co-workers who after coming out of a long day meet for lunch; I think it has been given a different dimension, but I think it’s already a topic I don’t want to expand on”.

Cano, not wanting to delve into the controversial issue, referred to the priority issues that he considers that the plenary session of the National Assembly (AN) should debate and that people are waiting for.

In his opinion, points such as medicines and their high cost, the pending veto on the issue of electoral reforms, and finding a solution to the high cost of fuel, education, among others, should be taken up again.
