He recalled that for the issue of severance pay, employers have proposed several alternatives, so they do not intend, he noted, to eliminate this acquired right.

He insisted that the severance structure must be modified to reduce the labor costs that companies have.

He said that the labor cost is not only due to unemployment, but there is also social security and occupational risks, which increases the workload of companies, so it is necessary to adapt the code to the reality of the costs that exist today. in day.

Peña Izquierdo spoke at a meeting with the press where he announced the twenty-second Copardom Prevention Congress.
