After the third round of the first phase of the Junín Departmental Stage of the 2024 Peru Cup, 15 teams have already qualified for the second phase and one is missing. The first three eliminated from this stage did not score any points in their groups.
According to the rules, 20 teams have qualified for the Junín Departmental Stage for this edition of the Copa Perú, of which 16 will qualify for the second phase.

In Group “A” Atlético Wanka (Huancayo), Municipal Parené (Chanchamayo), and Ferretería Meza (Tayacaja) qualified, while Municipal Huayre (Junín) was relegated and will decide its classification with the last team in Group “B”.
In Group “B” Municipal Pangoa (Satipo), Echa Lolo (Chupaca), CD Progreso (Tayacaja) are still alive, while Municipal de Apan (Junín) will have a match to decide its fate.
In Group “C”, the qualified teams are: Defensor Cormis (Jauja), Alipio Ponce (Satipo) and Progreso Muruhuay (Tarma), the eliminated team from this series is Deportivo Miraflores (Chupaca).
Meanwhile, in Group “D” there are Union Sacas (Jauja), Municipal Usibamba (Concepción) and Juventud Cocaya (Yauli), while Sport Dos de Mayo (Tarma) is eliminated.
In Group “E”, Atlético Chanchamayo (Chanchamayo), Deportivo Sucre (Huancayo) and Defensor Concepción (Concepción) will advance; Social Yauli (Yauli) will be eliminated from this group, and like the other eliminated teams, they did not score any points.
