Copa passengers affected by the closure of the Tocumen International Airport will be able to make changes to their flights without penalty

After the Tocumen International Airport was affected by weather conditions that prevented flights from landing at this airport, Copa Airlines reported that affected passengers will be able to make changes to their flights without suffering penalties.

The airline highlighted that the flights suffered significant delays and some cancellations, therefore flexibility was offered for those passengers whose itineraries were affected by the bad weather situation.
Those who need to make changes to their travel date and take advantage of this flexibility must contact the reservation center or the travel agency in accordance with some pre-established conditions, such as that the tickets must be those issued until September 27 and with the original date of flight from September 26 to 30, 2022.
The deadline for these affected passengers to be able to make changes will be September 29 and the new itinerary must start before October 7, 2022.
