The Superior Council of the Public Ministry learned this week the progress of the evaluation process for the heads of different prosecutors and other departments that have already completed the four-year period for which they were selected.
The body, chaired by the Attorney General of the Republic, Miriam Germán Brito, received details of the progress of the process in a report presented by the members of the Holder Evaluation Committee, which is made up of those responsible for the general directorates of Career , of Prosecution and Administrative of the Public Ministry, as well as by the head of the Comptroller of the institution.
The director of the Career, Thalía Goldberg, explained that on August 26, 2022, the Holders Evaluation Committee presented in detail the criteria and weightings that support the evaluation process to holders of Regional and Specialized Attorneys during a meeting.
