Contagions in Santa Cruz do not stop and the country adds 707 new cases of coronavirus

This Wednesday, the Ministry of Health confirmed 707 new cases of Covid-19 nationwide amid a sustained increase in infections. Only in the department of Santa Cruz 347 infections were registered in the last 24 hours.

The national report also establishes that Cochabamba added 137 infected; La Paz, 91; Chuquisaca, 47; Tarija, 46; Potosí, 18; Oruro, 16; Beni, three, and Pando, two.

With these 707 positives, the country accumulated 511,854 cases of Covid-19 since the start of the pandemic.

On this day, 483 people recovered from the disease and a total of 474,163 people recovered nationwide. While 18,780 cases are active.

In the last 24 hours, four deaths were reported due to the virus, with this figure the total number of deaths amounted to 18,911.
