This Tuesday, the sectoral vice president of planning, Ricardo Menendez, held a meeting with the representatives of the Popular Power organizations of the El Valle parish in Caracas, in order to publicize and start with the new methods of Popular Planning, the Map of Solutions and the Concrete Action Agenda (ACA) .
Menéndez assured that the Map of Solutions and the Specific Action Agenda must be built in the Community. “The State has to solve the real and daily problems of our population, which are in the community, that is why the Map of Solutions has a profile first in the community, that a National Programmatic Agenda be remade, a Government Agenda with the needs from the people”.
During his participation, Max Mendoza, spokesman for the Simón Bolívar sector, pointed out that the activity supports the community within the initiatives of the Bolivarian Agenda, reports a press release.
“The Map of Solutions and the Concrete Agenda for Action are tools to build a working method that allows us to collectively reach concrete solutions in the territories,” said the popular spokesperson.
Likewise, Gabriel Brito, spokesman for the United Tamarindo Communal Council, of the El Valle parish, expressed that these methods, framed in the 3R.NETS and given by President Nicolás Maduro, “so that the people begin to build their agenda, begin the construction of Socialism in the territorial. The construction of a new organic fabric for society, with a living, leading democracy”.
Equally, Antonia Rada Liendo, spokesperson for the Longaray Sector, affirmed that through the Map of Solutions and the ACA, community members can “build together the great solution for all”, with the ideas that each person contributes in the community assemblies.
Founding the new People’s State:
Vice President Menéndez, later on his social networks, wrote: “The map of solutions and the Concrete Action Agendas are collective constructions for the transformation of the concrete reality, founding the new Popular and Revolutionary State and promoting the organizational political balance and revolutionary consciousness 3R.NETS debate Eje Valle Coche”.
He reiterated that in a Revolutionary State, the Planning Committees of the Communes and the Communal Council must be an active part of the Ministry of Planning, “in a popular and revolutionary State, what is done in the commune must be part of it.”
The also Minister of Planning established that “the resolution of problems is a concrete struggle towards socialism but it depends on how we solve them, let us not be afraid of problems, because they are a pretext to achieve that transformation.”
In this sense, he recalled that the fundamental objective of these Popular Planning methods is to transform society, generate organizational political balance, hopes and belonging. “The ACA has to generate routes of hope.”
This training meeting was attended by spokespersons from 14 Communes and 28 Communal Councils, as well as the intervention of the Deputy Minister of Strategic Planning and Policy, Catherine Gonzalez; the Deputy Minister of Territorial Planning, Edgar Valero and the president of the School for Strengthening Popular Power, Lidice Altuve.
