The National Construction Cost Index-M (INCC-M), measured by the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV), registered inflation of 2.81% in June this year. It is higher than the value of May (1.49%) this year and higher than the 2.30% of July 2021.
As a result, the INCC-M accumulates inflation of 7.20% in the year and 11.75% in 12 months. In July 2021, the INCC-M accumulated in 12 months was 16.88%.
In June this year, the rate for materials, equipment and services stood at 1.40%, down from 1.55% in May. The labor sub-index reached 4.37% in June, compared to 1.43% in May.
