Construction inflation is 0.73% in March

The National Construction Cost Index-M (INCC-M), measured by the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV), registered inflation of 0.73% in March. The result is higher than that of February (0.48%), but lower than that of March 2021 (2%).Construction inflation is 0.73% in March

Thus, the INCC-M accumulates inflation of 1.85% in the year and 11.63% in 12 months. Labor was 1.12% more expensive in March. In February, the price change had been 0.19%.

Materials, equipment and services had lower inflation. Services increased from 1.69% in February to 0.79% in March. The rate of materials and equipment dropped from 0.56% to 0.29% in the period.
