Who are the congressmen who voted in favor of filing the PL of the constituent assembly?
With 11 votes in favor and six against, the Constitutional Commission of Congress sent the reform bill to the archives Constitution that proposed to consult the citizens, through a referendum during the development of the regional and municipal elections 2022, the possibility of convening a constituent assembly for the drafting of a new Magna Carta.
The decision was proposed by the president of said parliamentary working group, Patricia Juárez, and was supported by congressmen from Fuerza Popular, Acción Popular, Avanza País, Alianza para el Progreso, Somos Perú and Renovación Popular.
