Six congressmen from the bench of Country advances withdrew their signatures from the interpellation motion against the Minister of Development and Social Inclusion, Dina Boluarte.
parliamentarians adriana tudela, diana gonzales, Rosseli Amuruz, Diego Bazan, Joseph Williams Y John Burgos sent a letter to the president of the Congress of the Republic, Maria del Carmen Alva (Popular Action), making its decision known.
The rationale they hold behind this decision is that the constitutional complaint presented by their parliamentary group is already in process, since this Tuesday the Subcommittee on Constitutional Accusations approved the qualification report that declares it admissible.

“As constitutional complaint No. 269, filed by members of our parliamentary group against the aforementioned public official, is pending, we consider it necessary for Congress to strengthen its efforts in political control actions.through the prioritization of the study and opinion of the aforementioned constitutional complaint in the Subcommittee on Constitutional Accusations”, the document reads.
As recalled, the plenary session of Parliament will meet two days this week, on Wednesday 15 and Thursday 16 June. The first one will start at 5:00 p.m. and the second at 10:00 a.m.
Among the topics scheduled for these plenary sessions is the debate on said interpellation motion presented by Congressman Jorge Montoya (Popular Renovation) against the also Vice President of the Republic, Dina Boluarte.
According to the initiative, Boluarte Zegarra must answer before Congress six questions related to the complaint for alleged infringement of the Magna Carta for having signed documents as a representative of the Apurímac Departmental Club.
