But these types of problems in congressional offices are not new. There are precedents of their poor conditions denounced by the parliamentarians themselves.
In 2016, former Fuerza Popular congresswoman Alejandra Aramayo Gaona requested the remodeling of her office, pointing out that her congressional office was not in habitable conditions, so she requested authorization for the remodeling, valued at S/50 thousand.
