Congress will summon Ministers of Economy and Energy for "reorganization" from Petroperu

He Congress approved to invite the ministers of Economy and Energy to report on the application of DU 010-2025, which provides for extraordinary measures to reorganize Petroperú.

At the beginning of the ninth extraordinary session of the Parliament’s Oversight Commission, it was accepted by a majority (9 in favor, 3 against and 0 abstentions) to summon Denisse Miralles and Luis Bravo.

“It is a huge concern that more than S/ 470 million is transferred to execute administrative actions,” said Elvis Vergara, president of the aforementioned Legislative working group.

The heads of both sectors of the Executive must explain, among others, the transfer of S/ 86 million for technical studies and S/ 240 million for the personnel reduction process.

He Congress approved to invite the Minister of the Interior, Vicente Tirburcio, to report the results of the state of emergency and the purchase process of the Antonov An-74 aircraft for the Police.
