Through a statement, it was reported that the suspension occurred after a meeting held this Wednesday between the head of the Lima Police Region, General Manuel Lozadaand the high command of the National Police of Peru (PNP) and the head of the Congressional Prevention and Security Office, Victor Hugo Castillo Dominguez.
According to information issued by the Senior Official of Congress, Joseph Cevascothe members of the PNP said they knew that in the mobilization in favor of the Executive “protest actions would be carried out with acts of violence against public and private property”.
