As every year, the session, coordinated by the president of Congress, Senator Rodrigo Pacheco (PSD-MG), will begin with the reading of the presidential message. In it, Bolsonaro must take stock of his term, the actions taken during the pandemic and indicate the priorities of the federal government for this year. Then, the presidents of the STF, of the Chamber, Arthur Lira (PP-AL) and, finally, of the Senate, Rodrigo Pacheco, will speak.
