With the participation of 42 social movements, the Congress of the New Era 2022 Sucre Chapter was installed, from the vicinity of the Peace field, located in the community of Brazil, Altagracia parish in the city of Cumaná.
The political activity was chaired by the governor of the Sucre state, Gilberto Pinto, who reported during his speech that the action aims to consolidate the renewal of grassroots structures and the strengthening of social movements, framed in the 3R.Nets.
In this context, the regional leader pointed out that the meeting also responds to the called of the constitutional president, Nicolás Maduro, on the formation of the Great Anti-Blockade Movement, which will have space in all the states of the country and outside the nation as well.
Governor Gilberto Pinto reaffirmed that the resistance has been one of the fundamental strengths to keep the sovereignty of the Homeland of Bolívar and Chávez afloat, in the face of more than 700 coercive and unilateral sanctions promoted by the North American empire to end tranquility and stability. of the South American nation.
“What we are experiencing today has been the great popular victory of the people that emancipated our heroes, and that until now our president Nicolás Maduro has led with great strategies, who has guaranteed social and economic protection during times of instability,” Pinto extolled.
Leading participation of social movements
In this sense, he emphasized the leading participation of the popular bases to achieve the consolidation of the Bolivarian and integrating project of the Liberator Simón Bolívar and the Supreme Commander, Hugo Chávez, which is the guarantee of sovereignty and independence of the Venezuelan people.
In turn, Luis Sifontes, mayor of the Sucre municipality, explained that together with the militancy of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) they will accept with commitment and gallantry the call of the Head of State for the construction of a social, economic and political route that improve the quality of life of the population.
“We are going with the discipline and responsibility that this historic moment deserves,” Sifontes said.
The mayor stated that Sucre should be considered a “great warship” to win peace in this battle that seeks to defend the stability and future of the new generation.
“Every woman, every man, every child, every adolescent and every worker must join the crew of this warship to consecrate victory and make the Bolivarian Revolution irreversible,” stressed the mayor.
They will activate territorial deployment
Meanwhile, Governor Gilberto Pinto announced that as of this Monday, July 29, they will begin the territorial deployment in the 15 municipalities of the Sucre geography, together with social movements such as youth, professionals and technicians, sexual diversity, disability, sports , culture, fishermen, businessmen, indigenous people, environmentalists, among others.
It is important to note that the Congress of the New Era has as its goal to discuss proposals with the aim of creating new lines of action framed in the 3R.Nets, to renew and revolutionize the economy and welfare of society.
